Learn and Launch gives teens a hands on entrepreneurial experience in a professional environment built to introduce and enforce their leadership skills and build their entrepreneurial knowledge. Attendees learn key skills and tactics that help build an entrepreneurial mindset, engage in workshops to prepare them for college and participate in activities to test ideas they want to launch. Our immersive camps feature hands on sessions, discussions with successful entrepreneurs, startup and company tours, group activities and more.

Our 2023 Santa Barbara based International Camp for 15 to 18 year old students will develop entrepreneurship skills and feature founders, tech startups, environmental and impact focused businesses.
Students will learn key business skills, meet business leaders and entrepreneurs, tour local businesses and launch a new venture!

Our 1 and 2 week summer programs will walk you through valuable hands on experiences that will hone your skills as a innovator and entrepreneur. They also will get you ready for college, or your career after your high school program.
How does a good idea become a viable business opportunity? What is entrepreneurship and who fits the profile of an entrepreneur? This experience will introduce students to the foundational concepts of entrepreneurship, including the definition of entrepreneurship, the profile of the entrepreneur, the difference between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial management, and the role of venture creation in society. You’ll explore where technology entrepreneurship and impact entrepreneurship align and where they diverge, and you’ll learn proven techniques for identifying the opportunity, assessing the opportunity, hypothesis testing and creating a prototype. You’ll learn how to test, validate and prototype your idea and launch their own business. Students will also learn if being and entrepreneur is right for them!
Our programs kick off in July of 2018 in Santa Barbara on the campus of UCSB with visits to Santa Barbara’s tech startups, innovative businesses and nonprofits.
